Agency of the Year 2025

We don’t usually like to blow our own trumpet (honest), but this one deserves some celebratory fanfare.

Bright Signals has been named Star Agency of the Year at the 2025 Marketing Society Star Awards - a landmark moment for the agency. The award, which recognises culture, commercial performance and impact, is a reflection of the passion, talent and collective graft of our brilliant team. We’re super proud to wear it.

It was a top night all round for us: out of six nominations across five categories, we took home five Golds and one Bronze. Topping it off, our founder and CEO, David Craik, was named Inspirational Agency Leader of the Year, recognised for his bold, brave leadership and people-first mindset - most recently demonstrated by our move toward employee ownership.

This isn’t just a celebration of what we’ve achieved so far - it’s fuel for what’s next. Massive thanks to our clients, collaborators and the entire Bright Signals crew.
