When it comes down to it, a creative agency is really just a collection of people. Nothing more, nothing less. So the most important thing we do is to find and nurture talent.
It’s also clear that creativity is best served by diversity of thought. Different perspectives, influences and backgrounds. All of which makes the world - and work - a richer and more fulfilling place.
But in an era of high youth unemployment and rising costs of living, it can be hard to find the time and money to kick-start a career.
Initiatives under the programme include talks, seminars, training and mentoring. We also sponsor GMAC Film, which does incredible work across film education, training and commissioning.
