Enhancing the NHS Highland recruitment process
NHS Highland wanted to improve its recruitment performance in order to attract and retain the best healthcare professionals to consider and apply for vacancies in the Highland region.
We worked with NHS Highland to establish a content strategy outlining key messaging themes and topics about the positive aspects of pursuing a healthcare career in the region. This was used to inform and create:
- A series of vacancy advertisement templates designed to generate impact and response
- A checklist of vacancy advertising best practice for NHS Highland staff to refer to when undertaking recruitment.
- A comprehensive suite of content which extolls the lifestyle and career benefits of living and working in NHS Highland regions.
