Showcasing the best of Scottish culture
This year was all about doing something different to celebrate St Andrews Day and launch Macsween’s “Scotland’s Most Loved” campaign. This included promoting the brand’s personality and continuing to challenge the perception of haggis being traditional by sharing versatile serves throughout the year.
For St Andrew’s day, We produced the Macsween Screen, a unique pop-up cinema event hosted at SWG3 in Glasgow.
The Macsween Screen showcased the best of Scottish culture with four memorable Scottish movies as well as some proper tasty Haggis street food.
We worked with CineMor77, who specialise in unique cinema experiences, this allowed Macsween to stand out from their competitors and showcase the brand’s personality as trailblazers within the sector.
The films were selected carefully to appeal to a variety of different demographics with a wide audience. The final films: Brave, From Scotland with Love, Sunshine of Leith and Whisky Galore. We aimed throughout the event to create an enjoyable, friendly and inviting atmosphere from the food truck, goody bags to even the way in which the venue was dressed.
