Yes, people tuned in to watch a Haggis burrow

To keep Macsween front of mind during key trading Burns Night we created a parody of Springwatch – Haggiswatch, of course.

Following the escapades of bumbling Gamekeeper Archie, we went on the hunt for one of nature’s most secretive creatures – the haggis.

Archie’s video escapades included several failed attempts to tempt the beast from its burrow, before culminating in a Facebook Live “burrow” stream the night before Burns Night.

Haggiswatch alone generated 36,000 interactions. It saw us generate more social media engagements than Macsween’s four biggest competitors, combined.
