Bright Signals · 5th November 2018
Bright Signals was recently described as: “the most exciting young creative agency in Scotland, if not the UK”.
In the short time we’ve been around we’ve won clients like Tennent’s Lager, Magners and Channel 4. More recently, we’ve had our 6th pitch win in a row. We have also picked up Scotland’s most coveted digital marketing award 3 times in the past 4 years.
We are disruptive, innovative and we are growing fast.
This is an outstanding opportunity to join our world class team, to grow with us and to shape your working life in a way that just isn’t possible in most corporate cultures.
Our Strategy Directors work on both existing clients and new business pitches, uncovering original insights that inspire powerful big ideas.
Your current role will most likely be working in a senior planning position within a creative agency, ideally with exposure to FMCG (especially drinks) brands. Bright Signals started out as a social media agency but we’re now regularly asked to define brand strategies and create good ol’ ad campaigns. So you’ll need to be expert in both traditional advertising and research techniques as well as digital channel data and technology trends.
Ultimately though the thing you’ll understand best is human nature. The hopes and emotions that drive each of us day-to-day and which reveal how our client’s brands can play a worthwhile role in real people’s lives. Contemporary culture (especially music, sport and internet culture) is often a key part of that. So your finger will be on the pulse.
In return for bringing all that to us, we’ll offer an attractive benefits package, a common sense and flexible(ish) approach to working hours and home-working, as well as a great location (in the heart of Glasgow’s Finnieston). But most of all, a brilliant team of colleagues who’ll have your back, make you laugh daily, and help you produce work that you are immensely proud of.
