In a few short years, Bright Signals has become one of the fastest growing creative agencies in Scotland, while winning The Marketing Society Star Awards digital category more times than any other.

Our goal is to build the best creative team in Scotland. Not the biggest, but the best. To achieve that we recruit raw talent, attitude and aptitude. More than half of Bright Signallers had never previously worked in an agency. Which might sound bonkers, but their backgrounds as musicians, nurses, stand-up comics, artists and engineers give us more creative dots to join, which breeds more original ideas.

Your job as an account lead is to run the show. We believe in trust, responsibility and autonomy. So you’ll be fully accountable for ensuring that we exceed your clients’ expectations, from brief to completion.

By your side will be our world-class team of strategists, producers, writers, art directors, designers, editors, coders, makers, breakers, dreamers and doers.

We’ll figure out which clients fit you best once we’ve gotten to know you better. But brands you could be working with include Edinburgh Gin, Highland Spring and The Edinburgh Festival Fringe.

We expect you’ll have several years’ experience in a similar role, and digital/social media experience is especially relevant. But we’re open to hearing from applicants from more diverse backgrounds.
