Bright Signals has been called “the most exciting creative agency in Scotland”.
And we’re just getting started.
We began with a focus on social media. We’ve pretty much doubled in size each year since
then, steadily expanding our offering. In 2019 we created everything from TV ads to news websites to a world first in-browser-3D-AR app.
We take on our client’s biggest challenges and question conventional thinking to find
brighter solutions, that move the needle. Check out more of our work here.
When it comes down to it, Bright Signals is a talent agency. Nothing more, nothing less. A
place where people can be themselves, express themselves and excel themselves.
A place where we want you to experience the proudest moments of your career.
Our goal is to build the best creative team in Scotland. Not the biggest, but the best. To
achieve that we recruit for raw talent and mindset above all else. A combination of attitude
and ability that we call the ‘tenacious maverick’. And we invest heavily in developing our
people to fulfil their potential, one aspect being the half day out that all staff enjoy, to learn
and improve, every week.
We’re fiercely proud of our culture. Everyone here is a ‘creative’. There are no egos. No
silos. And we have always, always, got each other’s back.
Your job as an Account Manager or Director (we’ll fit the role around you depending on your
experience) is to run the show. We believe in trust, responsibility and autonomy. So you’ll
be fully accountable for ensuring that we exceed your clients’ expectations, from brief to
By your side will be our world class team of strategists, producers, writers, art directors,
designers, editors, coders, makers, breakers, dreamers and doers.
We’ll figure out which clients fit you best once we’ve gotten to know you better. But brands
you could be working with include Edinburgh Gin, Highland Spring, Jura Whisky and The
Edinburgh Festival Fringe (plus some exciting global names in the pipeline that we aren’t
allowed to talk about here).
Our current studio is the biggest in Glasgow’s Finnieston, a community that’s become the
cultural heart of the city. We’re on the move next month, heading just up the hill to an even
bigger and more inspirational space, in one of Glasgow’s most iconic buildings.
